Lancia Powerboat....why!

ok, so Lancia (sorry Fiat) put off bringing back RHD production due to the economic crisis, money etc....fair enough, but now have had a powerboat built?? Are Fiat mad? Every new car in the entire FGA portfolio has been postponed & yet they still build a powerboat!! So obviously its a publicity stunt, but surely thats a very expensive way of advertising!
that said its by far the most powerful Lancia ever produced, the engine is by FPT & has 1120bhp!

On a more serious note, it's probably subject to the 'Golden Rule' - the man with the gold makes the rules!
So it will probably become the property of the Agnelli family at some later date.
